within 2-3 cm from the location of the original tumors.(7) It is expected that treating GB with an MR-only RT will have similar outcome due to the excellent performance of the synthetic CT in terms of image quality and dose calculation properties when compared to the planning CT (analysis performed during the commissioning phase). To our knowledge, this will be the first study to evaluate the clinical outcome before and after the introduction of an MR only workflow for GB patients confirming its efficiency, feasibility, and safety.
